Thank you for shopping with Yankee Desi! Each product is made to order and shipped directly from one of our trusted fulfillment partners. Please review our shipping details below.
1. Processing Time
Because each item is made to order, processing times may vary depending on the product and print provider. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by local postal delays, customs, or carrier volume. Estimated delivery windows are:
- United States: 3–8 business days after production
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Once shipped, transit times are outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product type, quantity, and destination. In some cases, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package leaves the facility.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible — changes may only be possible before production begins.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We’ll investigate the issue and, if confirmed lost or undeliverable, we’ll send a replacement or offer a refund.
7. Customs Fees & International Shipping
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they enter production. Once printing has begun, modifications may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
